Assessment Instruction Sheet

Some of the tools that can be used in order to assess beneficiaries learning progress are the following:

-  For the Diagnostic assessment:

Engaging the beneficiaries can start with a discussion in the form of riddles which can progressively become more complex like: Can anybody name a movie that takes place in a desert? And continue on with more complicated aspects involving films.

-  Formative assessment:

Guidelines will be given by the youth workers at the beginning of the project which the beneficiaries will develop. The youth workers can keep a grid, with a scale, assessing the development of the beneficiaries by recording their participation during the development of the project.

-  For the Summative Assessment:

The youth workers can assess the success of the film festival (by turnout, satisfaction of participants, dissemination and attention it attracted etc.). The role of each training can be assessed in the organization of the film festival.
